Hey Keith,

The element has to be set to display:block before you can add top/bottom margin/padding since inline elements only use line-height to determine how tall they should be.

For example, on the top headline and the one below it, the space below is achieved using the margin property. Michael has a good suggestion. I'm still curious why I couldn't get margin to work on the line that shows the author name and date-written info.
