Take a look at your code:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/CVASA -
Resources_files/global.css<http://theaustinfamily.us/CVASA%20-%20Resources_files/global.css>"

/>

You have spaces in the path "/CVASA -
Resources_files<http://theaustinfamily.us/CVASA%20-%20Resources_files/global.css>
"
Try changing it to
"/CVASA-Resources_files<http://theaustinfamily.us/CVASA%20-%20Resources_files/global.css>"

with no spaces.

I hope this helps!
