I have begun design on a site and wrote a navbar in css3 for the
site. It shows up and works perfectly on Chrome but not on IE. I
have been out of the loop (completely) for about 7 years, so I'm

I use CSS3 PIE <http://css3pie.com/>
For me, with very strict and controlled HTML 5 pages, it works very
nicely.
I've tried several other similar packages, but this is the only one
I've used where a donation is worth the quality IMHO.
