Did you see the question "How do I find out how many people are subscribed to a 
list?" on the same page that you linked to:

They're talking about counts, but I suspect that this actually lists the 
subscribers.

The page mentions a couple scripts for subscribers and digest subscribers, but 
it also says that there's an additional way on the "committers" svn module at 
/docs/resources.txt.

I can't test either of these out yet.

Is there a way to request the list of current members? (I would like ensure all

I tried sending an email to ctakes-dev-list@ but received also received a 
bounce back stating that it's for moderators only...
[Couldn't access ~apmail/lists on people.apache.org as described in 
http://www.apache.org/dev/committers.html#mailing-list-moderators either...
