Hi Troy, Well if you contribute, you should have an ICLA and yes you should be made a PPMC member and committer on the project -- Apache is a meritocracy where your individual merit is earned through your contributions and it earns you a VOTE in the project's overall direction (the additional of new contributors, and on the release of its artifacts, software, documentation, etc.)
