Future enhancement-
Would be nice to have a feature that automatically chooses which annotator to
use based on some meta data in the notes. For example:
If it's in CDA or contains HL7 headers, use one Sectionizer otherwise, use
other Sectionizer to create the segment types within the same pipeline.
