Upgrade existing cTAKES core components (Constitutency Parser, Coref-resolver,
DrugNER, Smoking status, Side effects ) to use the new Common Type System:

The purpose of this task is to implement a standardized type system with
associated properties that all NLP components will use as consumers and
producers of natural language annotations within a shared pipeline system.
