Hi Troy, I usually try the following: - Add a ping to the comment in the Jira to see if there were any updates from infra. - Email infrastructure@ to see if there were any updates. - Go to #asfinfra node in IRC chat (it's where they all hang out) (you could also check the assigned to field).
