cTAKES Getting Started Guide?

Hi Troy,

Do you think a 'Reference Manual' or the 'User Guide' section would be a more 
suitable home for the Component Dependencies information?  I think it might 
seem a bit overwhelming for a new user...
I would imagine a quick start guide would have may few simple instructions to 
download, load up only the default pipeline), and process a few sample notes?
My 2 cents...
