How do I assign a jira ticket? I created a subticket on CTAKES-76 for the ctakes-assertion dependencies (the subticket is CTAKES-108). So I want to assign CTAKES-108 to me.
I can't seem to figure out how to change assignments. The "more actions" drop down doesn't have an "assign" action and editing the ticket doesn't let me change the assignee. I tried the workflow drop down too, but it is disabled. Maybe this is a privilege problem. Thanks! Matt
