That appears to be a valid version, so that would be good workaround. I will
check in the updated Drug NER dictionary annotator with the updated path.
Thanks

Pei Chen commented on CTAKES-116:
---------------------------------
Are the Lucene drug index in the drug-ner project identical to what is in
dictionary-lookup?
If so, then could we just reference the dictionary-lookup/drug_index rather to
keep an identical copy of the resource in the drug-ner project?
i.e. all it should need is a dependency on the dictionary-lookup project and
the IndexDirectory should be org/apache/ctakes/dictionary/lookup/drug_index
instead of org/apache/ctakes/drugner/lookup/drug_index
