After obtaining the binary files and merging in the resources I run the command runctakesCPE.bat and I get the error in the attached picture. <cTAKES_HOME>/desc/ctakes-clinical-pipeline/ctakes-core/collection-reader/FilesInDirectoryCollectionReader.xml does not exist.
