Hi Deepal, Just an FYI: It looks like SectionSegmentAnnotator.java is in core, but the sample SectionSegmentAnnotator.xml descriptor is in ctakes-clinical-pipeline. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CTAKES-169 has been opened to fix this.
