This is a bugfix release. Resolved tickets:

- Ticket #29 "Double brackets around captions when of subfigures"
- Ticket #31 "Wrong behaviour of threeparttable inside floating
environments other than table"
- Ticket #32 "\caption{} (with empty argument) will not produce a list
entry when used in longtable environment"
