 dvisvgm is a command-line utility that converts DVI and EPS files to SVG.

 The recent version 2.1.2 is another maintenance release that
 fixes issues related to LLVM's libc++. The sources now also
 bundle the Google Test library to simplify building and
 executing the test suite.

 changes, and pre-compiled binaries for Windows/MiKTeX,
