arabluatex v1.10.3:
- use xkeyval for package option processing: this will be needed for
the next release to come which will be able to duplicate the .tex
source file after having replaced all arabtex encoding with unicode,
either in Arabic script or in any transliteration standard the user may
have selected;
- improved \prname{} and better processing of the name of God.
