\glssubentryitem, \glsresetentrycounter, \glsresetsubentrycounter
- removed spurious space in subentrycounter (printgloss) key
- fixed use of entrycounter and subentrycounter in \setupglossaries
* glossaries-accsupp.sty:
- bug fixes:
- added braces around argument of ActualText in \glsaccsupp
- corrected field used in \showglonameaccess
