- Update the link to the CSTUG Bulletin web site in the impressum.
- Hide information about the print shop in the impressum.
- Do not protect \TeX, since it it already protected in TeX Live >= 2019.
- Do not specify \usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}, since it is already assumed
in TeX Live >= 2019.
- Enable protrusion in the microtype package.
- Document and show new commands for typesetting keywords.
