This release for the first time follows the specifications of the 17th edition
of the
Chicago Manual of Style, though the 16th-edition styles are still available as
a package
option. It contains many new features, including a new Dutch localization,
greatly
enhanced handling of date and time specifications, much-extended coverage of
online
materials, and several new entry types. It also contains innumerable bug fixes
and
general improvements. Please see the RELEASE file and biblatex-chicago.pdf for
all the
