Adds the commands \nrightrightarrows and \nleftleftarrows for the
default and olddefault NewComputerModern fonts.
It also adds support for Ancient Greek Numerals (Unicode u10140--u1018E).
The commands for those are documented in the Appendix of the documentation
and follow the Unicode Standard names of the glyphs.
