This update of the 'pwebmac' package amends the 'index.md' file
to reference all PDF files in the 'errata/' subdirectory.
The driver script 'makeall' has learned to create these files
and has become much more user friendly with the new '--help' option
and a few safety checks. The 'pwebmac.tex' file has not changed.
