Update to xcolor to address reported issues.
2021/10/31 v2.13
* Bugfixes (LaTeX Team)
- use \@backslashchar color rather than \string\color to
generate internal csnames, to avoid relying on the
current setting of \escapechar
- Declare dvisvgm option to match graphics and color packages.
Make dvipdfm an alias for dvipdfmx
- Modify \XC@info to avoid spurious text from \colorlet{foo}{.!50}
