This is a follow-up to the version 1.0.1, with some minor corrections in the
copyrights
and the documentation.
In v1.0.1, the macro \crossrefenum has been protected so that it can be used in
arguments
that are fully expanded. In particular, using it in a \footnote in ConTeXt with
\setupinteraction[state=start] should not trigger an error anymore.
