Alex Ball submitted an update to the

                biblatex-oxref

package.

Version: 3.1 2023-06-06
License: lppl1.3c

Summary description: BibLaTeX styles inspired by the Oxford Guide to Style

Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

 - A new command, `\DeclareAbbrEndChars`, has been added to
configure the list of characters that, when they appear at
the end of a journal title, Oxref uses to infer that the
   journal title is abbreviated.
An accented character has been removed from the default list
because it clashed with Babel support for Spanish.

 - A localization module for Spanish has been added
(thanks to Bruno Maltras for the translations).
