- Added some `\par` (for hook system in LaTeX kernel)
- Added `tableofcontents_twocolumn` and `abstract_with_maketitle`
to `\jlreqsetup`.
- Deleted `\PushPostHook`.
- Some modifications of jfm.
- Fixed a bug: heading command may have an infinite loop.
- Load `stfloats` with LuaLaTeX.
- Improved position adjustment in pagestyle.
- Some other improvements etc.
