Added:
- `se2thesis` is now also available from `MonsterWriter` [1],
a tool that aims for easy writing of academic works.
We mention this in the documentation and also link their
website and a YouTube video that demonstrates the usage of
`se2thesis` within `MonsterWriter`.
Fixed:
- Increase the `marginparsep` slightly to avoid that two-digit
counter values run into the text block.
