- DOM parsing:
- use the HTML parser if XML parser fails
- print the parsing error context

- the dvisvgm_hashes extension:
- fixed handling of newlines on Windows
- increased default scaling to 1.4
- added new library with Unicode data to remove dependency on the char-def
module from Context
- remove last empty rows in longtable
- the --build-dir option:
- fixed handling of output files generated in the current directory
- fixed the ODT format support
