An update to the LaTeX package for TUGboat, now v2.33 2024-10-26.
User-visible or otherwise noteworthy changes:
ltugboat.cls:
- make \WEB, \Xe, \cents, others more tag-friendly.
- new abbreviation \HTTPS.
- use \hfil instead of \hss in toc, to avoid silently overfull entries.
tugboat.bst:
- new entry type @webpage.
- howpublished not omitted when doi or url is present.
- new editor field nojournalcomma.
Substantial rearrangement and updating of documentation.
