New features:
- added `luaxml-htmltemplates.lua` library.
It contains rules for HTML to LaTeX transformation.
- added the `default` option for the Luaxml package.
It loads translation rules for converting HTML to LaTeX.
These rules can be used in commands and environments
provided by the package via the html option.
