Adjustments were made to the definition of `\definelegendplace`,
because commands of the form `\<ext>labelwidth`, such as
`\lotlabelwidth`, for example, were not setting the width of
the entries correctly. The command `\toclabelwidth`, despite
having a similar effect to those of `\definelegendplace`,
was not defined with its help, so `\toclabelwidth` works as it should.
