Upgrade robust-externalize with multiple bug fixes, and an important update to
breaking change in pythonhighlight. I created a new release 3.0 as I needed to
change the compilation command to fix a minor bug (infinite compilation when
error), hence the cache of all latex-based builds will be invalidated. If you
don't want to recompile all latex-based images in an existing project, you just
copy the old .sty in your root folder.
