* Added
* New option `splitmultiplerefinindex`. With this option,
\ibibleref{Lc}(2:2)(3:2)(4:2) will add entry for `2:2`,
another one for `3:2` and a last one for `4:2`.
Without, it will produce a single entry.
* Fix
* Correctly indexing reference crossing over two full chapters
* For book without chapter, fix index sorting when mixing
single verse and range verse
