• Added code to the example to be compilable without hyperref.
• Corrected the date of the format required by the package.
• Locked the Hfootnote counter inside a \IfDocumentMetadataF
(because it does not exist otherwise).
Caveat, if tagging is used:
- The "Go to destination..."-tag of the footnotemarks does not list
the correct footnote number while going to the right place.
- According to https://latex3.github.io/tagging-project/tagging-status/
"Footnote label i-j incorrectly tagged as normal text."
