New key 'create-blocks-in-col'
An “additive syntax” has been added for several keys:
'cell-space-limits', 'xdots/brace-shift', 'xdots/shorten',
'notes/code-before', 'code-for-first-row', etc.
That means that it’s possible to write, for example :
cell-space-limits += 3pt.
