japanese-otf-uptex:
* Add entries of Unicode variation sequences (SVS, IVS)
to virtual fonts for expert option.
For platex only:
* Remove conventional vf's and tfm's by subfont scheme for
\UTF{}, \CID{} macros from the archive.
