- cache the font table that font.fonts rebuilds on every access
- refactor the fontoptions block based on the factory pattern
- remove 3-element table allocation in fallback font search
- refactor duplicate code in node traversal skeleton
- allow linebreak between unhboxed ruby and CJK character
- mkdir cachedir only if needed, by using a function call
* luatexko.sty:
- pdf name instead of pdf string in tagging attributes
