Initial release of mtp2otf, a converter that builds native OpenType
MATH OTF and TTF fonts from an existing MathTime Professional 2 Lite
or Complete installation. The generated fonts can be used with
Unicode TeX and Microsoft Word. No MTPro2 fonts are distributed with
the package.
