regulatory 1.0.0 is the first stable release of the package for
structured legal documents in LaTeX.
It provides articles, paragraphs, points and definitions, legal
cross-references, interdocument references and attachments,
signature fields, external-source citations, Markdown input
and HTML output.
Dutch and English are fully supported, with partial German and
French support.
The release also establishes the public and extension APIs for
the 1.x series and includes extensive automated testing,
including PDF/A and PDF/UA conformance checks.
