### Documentation
This version of the Markdown package has made the following improvements to the
documentation:
- Add TUG 2026 artwork by <https://www.quickcartoons.com/> to directory
`artwork/2026-06-26-wolf-hawaiian-shirt/`. (fdbedceb)
You are welcome to use these artworks in your promotional materials, provided
you comply with the license terms specified for each piece. Typically, proper
attribution to the artist is required.
- Document the earliest supported LaTeX3 version.

### Continuous integration
This version of the Markdown package has made the following changes to our
continuous integration:
- Add a missing `await` for puppeteer in `Dockerfile`. (bea4e55a)
- In `workflows/main.yml`, correctly handle `null` workflow dispatch inputs.

- Always install current `pkgcheck` in `Dockerfile`. (3229482d)
Previously, we would only install `pkgcheck` if we were typesetting
documentation and examples.
- Bump `softprops/action-gh-release` from 6 to 7. (added by @dependabot in #647)
