Summary description: Hangul jamo as mathematical symbols

Announcement text:
------------------------------------------------------------------------

hangulmath makes the 40 letters (jamo) of modern Korean Hangul
available as mathematical symbols: 14 basic consonants, 5 double
consonants, 10 basic vowels and 11 compound vowels. Each symbol has an
official command name following the Revised Romanization of Korean
 (\giyeok, \nieun, ...) and consonants have short four-letter aliases
 (\giug, \niun, ...). \hangulsum, \hangulint and \hangullim turn any
symbol into a sum-, integral- or limit-like operator.

The package requires XeLaTeX or LuaLaTeX. The symbol glyphs come from a
bundled subset of Noto Sans CJK KR (SIL OFL), so no Korean font needs
 to be installed.

This is the first public release.
