1. Loadable after amsmath.sty.
2. Undid some nonsensical change of documentation.
3. Better vertical spacing when a math display or a list
meets a heading; or when a paragraph ends together with
a column.
(This had been announced 2005/10/28 vor lineno.sty v4.4,
yet I failed to upload the latter. v4.4 was attached at
least to some e-mails from me.)
