* Internal change: Switching of color stacks is easier by using
[EMAIL PROTECTED] for the stack number. Thus this command
should be redefined, if someone wants to use another color stack
(e.g. for footnotes). [EMAIL PROTECTED] should not be changed
for this purpose.
