Hi,
I have been updating a number of files in the babel distribution. I will
keep on doing so for some time to come in order get rid of my back log.
I will not announce the update of each individual file, but tpday I
prepared version 3.8j of the babel core files. They will be available
from CTAN from march 22nd I expect.
If you encounter any problems with the new versions, please report that
using the regular LaTeX bugs reporting procedures.
