thanks for the upload; i have installed the files and created a catalogue entry for them. users may view the catalogue entry at http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/presentations.html or browse the package directory at http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/info/examples/Presentations_de/ the catalogue entry should be up-to-date at all ctan sites by now (though possibly not at mirrors).
