Summary:
This update adds two new macros which where requested by an
user and fixes some bugs.
Details:
* Added check to not have main file twice in list of groups.
* Added macro `\ifsvnfilemodified` and global version
`\ifsvnmodified` which
allows the user to check if the source files got changed
after the last commit.
* Added usage of svn-prov package for file headers.
* Fixed bug related to short keyword names (i.e. 'Date' vs.
'LastChangedDate')
in `\svnidlong` and \svnkwdef/\svnkw macros.
* Fixed bug causing wrong parent group names.
* Several other minor fixes.
