Maintenance update
o fixed \marginparmargin{left} in twoside mode
o fixed a race condition in memhfixc vs. hyperref(nameref)
We have also reversioned memoir. The version was tending
towards the golden ratio. But apparently this numerical
value is not widely known ;-) Memoir is now reversioned to
version 3.6
