Update summary:
The Jan 2011 version of xetexref brings some clarified explanation of font
loading thanks to Karl
Berry, and some additional font feature-related primitives I discovered while
reading the XeTeX
source. Also, the fonts used in the document have been changed to now be all
freely available.
