This update provides a PGF keys (pgfkeys) interface for
'filehook' as a auxiliary package 'pgf-filehook' which
allows to add code to hooks using the \pgfkeys and
\tikzstyle etc. macros.
The macro \ClearHook was also added which allows to clear a
specific hook.
