Added code to make multiexpand.sty work when \numexpr is not
available. The package should now be compatible with most
formats.
Since multiexpand is not restricted to LaTeX anymore, it has
been moved from /macros/latex/contrib/multiexpand to
/macros/generic/multiexpand.
