The fastest way to learn J2ME is to get J2ME compatible phone and start
writing simple little apps. A few links that might help you:

Look at Nokia's Developer section http://www.nokia.com

Hope this helps.

Subject: [CTJUG Forum] J2ME

Hi. I've done a Java course about 3 years ago. Tried to get a java
job with no results and hasn't looked at java since. I've started
to develop an interest in cellphone development and decided to teach
myself J2ME. I started reading through my old Java manual just to
touch up the java-basics and I've downloaded
java-wireless-toolkit-2-3-beta. I'd just like some advice how I can
teach myself J2ME as fast as possible. Any good books you guys can
recommend? Does someone maybe have an good e-book on J2ME? Any advice
to make the learning curve faster will be appreciated.

Thanks, Werner
